Our high speed Ultrasonic Laminating lines can process materials up to 130" wide.  Single composites can be laminated in a single pass from 2 layers up to 7 or more layers of various materials.  The bonded area can range from .54% to 9.0%, and roll patterns can be selected to meet end product functions.  Slitting to any finished width combinations can be performed in-line.  Ongoing investments in technology ensure growing capacity so that customers can be confident that high production volumes can be delivered on-time. 

 

Ultrasonic Laminating is A Truly Green Process!

No other substances are introduced into the process other than the original raw material textiles.  Properties of all the materials are maintained between the bond points.  High-Loft and multi-ply materials are easily bonded with no hazardous by-products generated.

Ultrasonic laminating is the ideal method for bonding technical textiles including:
