Beckmann Converting, Inc, the toll converter specializing in ultrasonic laminating of roll goods textiles, will be exhibiting from March 29 through March 31, 2022 at the combined IDEA2022 and FiltXpo trade show and conference in Miami Beach, FL.

Company staff will be equipped to discuss details of ultrasonic laminating program needs with current and prospective customers alike.  Featured at the booth will be the new company website launched in late 2021 designed to be a strong resource of information and guidance about the ultrasonic laminating services offered by Beckmann Converting.

"Now is the perfect time to consider outsourcing of ultrasonic laminating of roll goods textiles," explains Ray Piascik, the company Director of Marketing & Sales. "Disruptions in supply chain and transportation, along with challenging skilled labor availability, means that outsourcing ultrasonic laminating could provide the lowest total cost solutions", stated Piascik.

Among the services offered by Beckmann Converting are several that are focused on support of New Product Development teams.  Through delivery of Hand Trials and Roll Trials, the company serves as the custodian of manufacturability when it comes to textile lamination.  "While the customer's team focuses on optimizing product performance in the end use application, Beckmann Converting applies its resources and expertise towards optimizing the ultrasonic laminating process," reports Piascik.  The goal is to deliver the product quality that is needed and specified through a process that is attentive to total cost of the ultrasonic laminating program.
